Asset actions
A code for the specific activities is added to the different activities related to the asset. Activities can be used in reports. Some activities appear on the asset card only through additional documents - Fixed Asset change, Low Value Asset change, Fixed Asset recalculation, Stock depreciations, Stock Takings.
Specified configured list that cannot be changed.
- Action - Action code
- Name - Action name
- Document - documents from which action is possible
- Last - Reports show recent activity. No - does not show as a recent activity in the report. For example depreciation of fixed assets is not reported.
- Group - One possible redundancy in the reports.
- Rule - a description of how the action code is generated.
